Challenge: This was a newly built property featuring a turfed garden which sloped away from the house with a gradient of approximately 1.5 meters. The property also had a mixture of 9 drain covers and inspection grids to contend with. The client was keen to turn the blank canvas in to two distinct outdoor living areas, increase the dept of the existing patio and generate height in the garden with wide raised beds.

Challenge: To give a very drab driveway some kerb appeal using vibrantly coloured indian stone. We would need to excavate the whole of the existing tarmac driveway (approx 45 tonne) and contest with many different contours and angles across the drive when laying the indian stone.

Challenge: Total revamp of small domestic garden, including excavation of four different levels, comprising of Indian Stone patio area, small lawn, raised timber flower beds and sand stone steps.

Challenge: This project included a complete overhaul of the front and side garden, the creation of a new driveway, the demolition and rebuild of a garage, the building of a new boundary wall as well as making the property more accessible and traditional by moving the main access point from the side of the house to the front.

Challenge: Complete overhaul of property frontage including 210 metres of indian stone, fencing to both sides of the property, new access and egress, drop kerb, new drainage, raised planter in kota black block, new wall with pillars and blue engineering brick on edge finish and disability ramp access to property.
